Manufactured specifically for Cleanroom, sterile, and critical production environments, Steritool’s new screwdriver bits and bit holder are made entirely from stainless steel and are designed for repeated autoclaving. Designed on 1/4” hex, the interchangeable screwdriver bits are precision machined from Carpenter 465 stainless steel and come in seven sizes: 1/8”, 5/32”, 3/16”, 7/32”, and 1/4” parallel tip, and Phillips sizes #1, #2, and #3. Hardened to HRC 54, the bits are passivated and polished and complement the line of stainless steel products that help industry professionals maintain required GMP standards of cleanliness and sterility. Like all Steritool products, the bits are designed to withstand sterilization through thousands of cycles without deterioration and represent an economic solution to quantifiable hand tool cleanliness.
