The Terms and Conditions presented here apply to all purchases and sales of items. Your purchase means you have accepted our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

WARRANTY

All STERITOOL INC Products carry a lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects. We do not warranty against components broken due to misuse and or abuse.

All products, unless otherwise noted, are first quality. If you receive a product that does not meet the specifications advertised in our catalog, web site, stated by our sales agents, or stated in any other official literature released by STERITOOL INC, please contact us immediately. We will promptly provide a refund, credit, or exchange (all subject to Q.A. inspection and/or 10% re-stocking fee) providing it is returned in same condition as sold and within 30 days of invoice date.

INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS

All orders must be inspected by the intended recipient or authorized personnel in your receiving department within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. All claims, including but not limited to lost, missing or broken items, must be reported within this 72 hour period. After 72 hours the recipient will be responsible for filling claims with the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returned merchandise must be in same condition as sold. Custom Orders can not be returned. Before returning an item, please call us to get a Return Authorization Number. We will not be responsible for any unauthorized returns.

DOMESTIC RETURNS: All returns must be shipped back to us via UPS Ground.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: For international returns please declare the products as being returned to original shipper so we do not incur customs duties on returning items.

Returns due to material or manufacturing defects will be exchanged free of charge.

RETURN PERIOD

30 days from invoice date and 10% re-stocking fee.

We will accept returns for a 30 day period from invoice date with 10% re-stocking fee (subject to Q.A. inspection). During those 30 days, you may return an item for a full refund/credit (minus 10% re-stocking fee), or exchange, providing that the item is in same condition as sold. After 30 days we will not accept any returns. Returns due to material or manufacturing defects will be exchanged free of charge.

SPECIAL PROJECTS & CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders or tool(s) modified from the original specification can not be returned.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED TOOL(S)

Broken or damaged tool(s) will be analyzed on a case by case basis. We will determine the cause of the damage by carefully analyzing the tool(s). If the cause of the damage is determined to be manufacturing or material defects, we will replace the tool(s). If the cause of damage is determined to be misuse of the tool(s), it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to replace the tool(s) at their own cost.

PLACING A PURCHASE ORDER WITH STERITOOL INC

  • All purchase orders must be submitted by FAX, E-Mail, or thru our web site.
  • All purchase orders must contain a valid E-Mail address, phone #, fax #, and contact name.
  • All purchase orders must have a valid PO#.
  • Purchase Order with incorrect part numbers, descriptions, and/or pricing will be returned for correction.

QUOTES

  • All requests for quotes must be submitted by FAX or E-Mail.
  • All requests for quotes must contain a valid E-Mail address, phone #, fax #, and contact name.
  • All quotes issued by STERITOOL INC are only valid for 90 days with in that calendar year (a quote from year 2006 is not valid in 2007).
  • Quoted shipping charges are subject to change with out notice.

SHIPPING

  • All International shipments must be shipped on the recipients FEDEX or UPS account. If you do not have a FEDEX or UPS account, your shipment will default to FEDEX Prepay and Add. We no longer ship UPS International.
  • International customers may request a third party carrier or send their preferred carrier to pick-up.
  • All RETURN shipments must be shipped to STERITOOL INC free of freight, import, duties, tax, brokerage, and other charges. Any returns baring financial burden to STERITOOL INC will not be accepted.
  • Quoted shipping charges are subject to change with out notice.
  • Tracking details are issued to E-Mail address provided on your Purchase Order.

PAYMENTS

  • Payments must be made in US Funds ($).
  • STERITOOL INC does not accept International Money Orders, Bank Checks, Business Checks, Personal Checks, or any other form of payments excluding Pay Pal, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer.
  • All payments made to STERITOOL INC must reference our invoice number.
  • All payments must match the TOTAL AMOUNT ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. If your bank is deducting transfer fees please make sure you do not pass on those costs to STERITOOL INC.
  • Do not make any modifications to our invoices. Please contact us for corrections, credits, and refunds. We will issue you a corrected invoice.
